Who I’m I… I’m a daughter, mother and friend. Who has and is always a student, a career, a guide, a teacher and a great support to those around me!

I’ve been on a journey for 44 years now (which is strange as am only 40??) exploring myself and others, from life styles to behaviours.
This has been for my own curiosity, and for my own healing.

I have tried it all over the years!

Physio therapy
osteopath
Retreats
Meditation
Gurus and much much more!

And I have loved every minute of the Discovery of self and all that has come for it!

But for me, my true healing journey of self and the understanding in my own connection with my body and the release that can be achieved… I was hooked.

Then I discovered Raynor massage therapy which has changed my life in so many ways!!
